Hello everyone.

I have problem with WTL TIG 200E AC/DC welding inverter.
The problem is in primary (low) power supply circuit, as it can be seen in images (R49, R51, R85, ZD6, U5):

Welder: WTL TIG 200E AC/DC Pulse

If anyone has schematics for this board or knows values of this components, any information will be greatly appreciated.
